Your memories are not our data.
This Privacy Policy explains how Memonori handles information in the app, on this website, during purchase verification and when you contact support. It is effective from 5 September 2026.

Memory text, photos, videos, audio, entities, relationships, search indexes, reminder rules and local trial state are stored inside the app's protected local environment.
What Memonori does not do
Memonori V1 has no account system, hosted memory backup or automatic cross-device sync.
We do not collect, transmit, sell, profile or use the contents of your memories for advertising.
Backups and transfers
You may create an encrypted export and choose where to save it. Memonori does not receive that file or its password. You are responsible for keeping both safe.
Purchases
After a purchase or restore, Memonori sends only the opaque store proof, product, platform and a random nonce to its purchase-verification service. The service checks status, expiry, revocation and replay with Apple or Google. It never receives memory content, media, search, reminders or backups.
Website and support
This first website version uses no analytics, advertising pixels, account forms or tracking cookies. If you email us, Zoho Mail processes the message so we can reply.
Service providers and transfers
Apple or Google handle storefront, billing and entitlement information under their own terms. Google Cloud may host the narrowly scoped purchase verifier and its limited security records; Zoho Mail processes support email; Cloudflare delivers the website and may create security logs. These services do not need memory-vault content. Their role may be an independent controller or a processor depending on the exact activity; applicable contractual safeguards and transfer rules are reviewed for each service.
Retention and deletion
Memory-vault content remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app; Memonori cannot remotely view, delete or recover it. Purchase verification keeps only a one-way transaction digest, platform, product, expiry and first-verification time for entitlement security and legal obligations. Support email is kept only as needed to answer and protect the service; you may request its deletion.
Policy and processing changes
We may update this notice when data flows, providers or legal requirements change. Material changes are announced before they take effect through the website, store listing or app as appropriate, and apply prospectively. Continued use alone is not consent to a new processing purpose; any legal basis, permission or consent required for a new activity is established separately before that activity starts.
