These draft terms describe the intended Memonori release model. They are not yet effective and will receive qualified legal review before public launch.

Memonori is an on-device memory organization, search, reminder and visualization application. It is not a medical service, emergency service or guaranteed archival service.
Fourteen-day access
The planned trial gives Full Access for 14 days without requiring a purchase and does not renew automatically.
Paid access
Monthly and yearly options are planned as auto-renewing subscriptions. Lifetime is planned as a non-consumable one-time purchase. All paid options unlock the same Full Access features.
After the trial
Without Full Access, existing memories remain readable, searchable, playable, exportable and deletable. Creating new memories, media, entities, collections and reminders is paused until Full Access is restored.
Your responsibility
You control the content you record and must have the rights and permissions necessary to store it. Keep your vault credentials and encrypted exports safe; loss may be unrecoverable.
Store rules
Final prices, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refunds, family sharing and restore behavior are governed by the App Store or Google Play account used for purchase.
